1. Global Hotel Investment Outlook 2026: A New Cycle Takes Hold
JLL's Hotels & Hospitality Group projects continued growth in global hotel transaction volumes through 2026, pointing to stronger debt markets, near-record levels of investable capital, and renewed confidence in the sector. Direct hotel investment rose sharply in 2025 versus the 2023 low, with the Americas leading gains and EMEA also expanding, while Asia Pacific is expected to recover through the year on resilient travel demand.
