Who We Are

Our company's history commenced over a century ago with Burt Byron Clover (B.B. Clover), a distinguished real estate broker, developer, and entrepreneur.

B.B. Clover was pivotal in the development of Itasca, Illinois, a Chicago suburb, where he played a crucial role in establishing one of the earliest golf courses in the United States. In 1952, he retired and relocated to Virginia to be closer to his family. Together, they founded Clover Realty in Charlottesville, Virginia, a firm dedicated to real estate development.

In the late 1970s, the Clover family established Panorama International Inc., under the leadership of Bill Clover (Williston H. Clover). The firm offered consulting, development, and financial advisory services, including work with the Government of Mexico, before subsequently refocusing its operations within the United States.

With over 60 years of experience in resort development and consulting, Panorama International Inc. has successfully executed projects in over 75 countries, earning recognition as one of the world's premier hospitality consulting firms.

Following the passing of our Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Bill Clover, in December 2022, the executive leadership team established Panorama Worldwide LLC to perpetuate the Clover legacy, providing consulting and development services to both private and public sector clients.
