James Charles Bontempo

James Bontempo is a seasoned leader in the commercial real estate industry, with over three decades of experience in sales, finance, and hospitality development. Beginning his career in New York City in 1992, he quickly expanded his reach across the U.S., the Caribbean, and Latin America, specializing in hotel and resort properties, including hotel-casino developments in markets such as Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, and Venezuela.

Since 2022, he has served as CEO of Panorama Worldwide LLC, where he leads strategic efforts in identifying high-potential hospitality projects and securing capital partnerships to bring them to life. Throughout his career, James has held key roles at firms such as Coldwell Banker Commercial, Chesterfield Faring, Berkshire Capital, and Kingsford Corporation.

In addition to his leadership in development and investment, he plays an active role in Panorama’s internal operations, ensuring that the legacy of founder Bill Clover continues to evolve with innovation and excellence. James has been a licensed New York State Real Estate Broker since 1993 and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Duquesne University.

Roger D. Tietz

Roger Tietz is an accomplished senior executive with decades of international experience in large-scale real estate development, infrastructure, and engineering. His portfolio includes the successful development and execution of landmark projects such as the Magdalena Bay project on the Sea of Cortez in Mexico and the Treasure Island resort development on Athol Island near Nassau, Bahamas. He has also contributed to a wide range of developments across the Caribbean, Central America, Brazil, Costa Rica, and the Black Sea region, many of which are part of Panorama International’s expansive project history.

Beginning his career as a craftsman and engineer, Roger earned his engineering degree and advanced studies before advancing through roles in field supervision, site management, and ultimately executive leadership. He has managed complex, multidisciplinary projects in sectors such as power generation, chemical, refinery, and pipeline infrastructure — with individual project values exceeding $4 billion USD.

At Panorama Worldwide LLC, Roger oversees international operations and provides high-level expertise in project management, construction coordination, and execution, ensuring the successful delivery of complex global developments.

Corey A. Hoffpauir

With over 50 years of experience in landscape architecture and large-scale master planning, Corey A. Hoffpauir has led a distinguished career shaping campuses, resorts, golf courses, and urban spaces across the United States and internationally. A licensed Landscape Architect since 1972, he earned his degree from Louisiana State University and began his professional journey working with top planning firms before joining the University of Texas System as a campus planner, contributing to the design of major campuses including UT Dallas, UT San Antonio, and UT Permian Basin.

He later founded his own firms, including Hoffpauir Planning Design, and has since built a legacy in hospitality and resort development. His expertise spans golf course architecture, urban design, environmental planning, and corridor analysis. Corey’s work has earned prestigious awards from the American Society of Landscape Architects and includes iconic projects like Barton Creek Country Club and Austin Country Club in Texas.

As a longtime consultant to Panorama International, he has directed the master planning of ambitious resort cities and hospitality developments around the world — from Algeria, Ghana, and Bermuda to Mexico, China, Cape Verde, and El Salvador. His portfolio features marina developments, cruise ship ports, mixed-use coastal resorts, and environmentally integrated communities.

Known for his visionary design and deep understanding of both aesthetics and functionality, Corey continues to influence the built environment on a global scale.

Francisco Carlos E. Sadurní

Francisco Carlos E. Sadurní is an accomplished legal and business advisor with over four decades of experience across corporate law, government, media, and marketing. He holds a Law Degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), with further studies in International Business English from the University of Philadelphia and Industrial Relations at Universidad Iberoamericana.

Throughout his career, Mr. Sadurní has held significant roles including Director at SECTUR (Mexico’s Ministry of Tourism), Head of Immigration at Baker & McKenzie, and legal advisor for major media and advertising firms such as Televisa International and Leo Burnett. From 2011 to 2019, he represented Panorama International Inc., a U.S. company focused on tourism developments and investment in Mexico.

He has also led legal and commercial teams at Grupo Once, served as Sole Administrator of Platinum Yucatán Resorts, and currently acts as legal counselor to both American and Mexican corporations.

With a unique blend of legal expertise, strategic negotiation skills, and high-level public relations experience, Mr. Sadurní is known for his proactive leadership and commitment to service. His career reflects a deep dedication to continual learning and fostering institutional growth through knowledge and collaboration.

Royd Alan Smurthwaite

With over 41 years of international experience as a Chartered Civil Engineer, Royd Alan Smurthwaite has built a distinguished career delivering high-profile building and civil engineering projects across the Caribbean, Africa, the Middle East, and the United Kingdom. For the past 35 years, he has held senior leadership roles within the construction industry, consistently completing projects on or ahead of schedule, within budget, and exceeding client expectations through innovative design enhancements and efficient project management.

Currently serving as the Owner and Managing Director of a leading regional construction and project management firm based in Barbados, Royd combines technical expertise with strong communication and leadership skills. His ability to coordinate multiple sites and lead diverse teams—both local and expatriate—ensures seamless operations and successful project delivery.
