Currently Legal Counselor attending American and Mexican corporations.

Since 2011 and until 2019 he has been the legal representative of Panorama International Inc. North American firm specialized in tourism developments of all sizes seeking financing or investments for Mexico, without neglecting full-time jobs.

Marketing Experience: At the invitation of Leo Burnett the world's largest advertising and marketing company, I worked for the firm during seven years.

Work experience

2011 -2018. Sole Administrator and legal representative of Platinum Yucatán Resorts S.A. de C. V., residential and sports development in Dzemul, Yucatán, which was not completed due to lack of liquid capital of the partners.

2007-2011. Head of the Legal and Commercial Department of Grupo Once, firm dedicated to tax and financial advice with innovative strategies including payroll administration in Mexico City and suburbs.

1998-2006. Leo Burnett advertising and marketing agency responsible for verifying the preparation and review of contracts with the different advertising media, mainly in outdoor advertising for brands such as Marlboro, Benson & Hedges, Coca-Cola, McDonalds, Etc.

1992-1997. I worked from my own office in partnership with two lawyers specializing in corporate law

1982–1992. Televisa International, Spanish International Network, Univisa and Univision, companies of the Televisa Group, responsible for organizing the Latin American TV system, a single vision for Latin America that today is UNIVISION in the US and offers the same programming for 17 countries in the rest of the world. South America and Central America.

1977-1982. SECTUR, General Director of Coordination, as Director in charge of coordinating the operation of all the National Delegations

1971-1977, I worked for the most important International Law Firm in the world BAKER & MCKENZIE starting as an attorney intern and ending as Head of the Immigration Department in charge of attending immigration issues for more than 1,200 foreign families, with a staff of 2 lawyers and 3 support interns.
